The "Anxious Mind" group

Start Date:  March 23, 2023  Thursdays 1:30pm to 3:00 pm

Anxiety is a condition that can have a deep impact on lives and it can be difficult to cope with. Without the right tools, it can be hard to find the courage to reach out for help. The “Anxious Mind” therapy group offers personalized, affordable care without the worry of judgment or stigma. Learn coping strategies for managing your worries, develop self-care skills, and get the relief you need with the help of a licensed professional counselor.  

Open to residents in Virginia and Ohio. Some insurance accepted, pending insurance approval

 

“Anxious Mind” is an accepting and supportive therapy group for people struggling with anxiety to come together and learn how to manage their symptoms in an empowering way. Join to start your journey towards better mental health!

Trauma Support Squad

Start Date:  March 28, 2023  Every other Tuesday  12:30pm - 1:30 pm     

Caring for a loved one who has experienced trauma can be overwhelming and difficult to manage. Trying to find help and resources to support both parties is often a daunting task without much guidance.

Caring for someone who has experienced trauma can be both rewarding and challenging, and it’s important to have somewhere to turn for help.

Join the Trauma Support Squad to get your "safe space" where you can get the resources, advice, and emotional support you need when caring for someone who has experienced trauma. 

Support Group is drop-in only; must register prior to attending
