The "Anxious Mind" therapy group

Thursdays 6:00pm to 7:30 pm

Anxiety is a condition that can have a deep impact on lives and it can be difficult to cope with.

The “Anxious Mind” therapy group offers personalized, affordable care without the worry of judgment or stigma. Learn coping strategies for managing your worries, develop self-care skills, and get the relief you need with the help of a licensed professional counselor.  

This is an accepting and supportive therapy group for adults 18+ struggling with anxiety to learn how to manage their symptoms in an empowering way.

Open to residents in Virginia and Ohio. Some insurance accepted, pending insurance approval

The Trauma Support Squad

The Trauma Support Squad is a place for people (18+ and older) who are dealing with their loved ones’ trauma.
 
We come together and learn and offer each other guidance on how to manage their loved one’s trauma.
 
Through this group, members can find solace in knowing that they are not alone in their struggles, while also gaining insight into managing others’ traumas.
